Nobody can guarantee a USCIS decision
Start with the simplest fact: USCIS decides your case, based on rules, eligibility and documents. No company, no document preparer, no professional — however skilled — controls that decision. So anyone promising “guaranteed approval” is promising something not in their power. And promising what you do not control has a name: bait.
Once you see that, the logic inverts: the prettiest promise becomes the biggest warning sign, and honesty about limits becomes the thing that makes you safe.
What we do — and what we do not

What we do not do — and say out loud:
- We do not decide your case (USCIS does).

Why this protects you
The newly arrived immigrant is the favorite target of anyone selling promises. The saddest stories almost always start with someone saying exactly what the victim wanted to hear: “relax, it is guaranteed, I will handle it.” A service that refuses to promise the impossible is doing the opposite of that — treating you as an adult, giving you the truth instead of comfort.
In practice, honesty about limits is the best anti-scam filter there is. If a service tells you plainly what it cannot do, it is far more likely to do properly what it does promise.
