Prime Immigration Office LLC operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients and prospective clients about USCIS document preparation. This program is operational — it is not used to provide legal advice or to represent you before USCIS.
How you give consent (opt-in)
By providing your phone number and submitting a form on this site, you agree to receive informational and appointment-related text messages (SMS) from Prime Immigration Office at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing our services — you can still be served normally without opting in to SMS.
What messages you may receive
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Updates on your active case
- Informational messages about deadlines and pending documents
- Marketing communications — only if you check a separate, explicit opt-in
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies depending on the status of your case. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. We use third-party messaging platforms (such as Twilio) to operate SMS delivery on our behalf.
How to opt out and get help
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. For help, reply HELP. After replying STOP, you will not receive further messages from this program — except one final opt-out confirmation.
Data sharing
SMS/Text messaging. Mobile information and opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We use your number only to respond to your request and to send the informational and appointment messages you authorized.
