Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of this site and the engagement of Prime Immigration Office's document-preparation services. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.
What Prime Immigration Office is
Prime Immigration Office is a paralegal document-preparation service. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and we do not represent clients before USCIS, EOIR (Immigration Court), or any other agency or court. No member of our team acts as your attorney, and using this site or engaging our services does not create an attorney-client relationship.
What we prepare
We prepare, organize, and translate USCIS forms and related documents based solely on the information the client provides. The client is solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of all information and documents provided to Prime Immigration Office. We do not choose immigration strategy, do not assess legal eligibility, and do not guarantee any immigration outcome or petition approval — the final decision always rests with USCIS, the consulate, or the competent court.
Fees and refunds
Fees for document-preparation services, payment terms, and refund policy are set out in the individual service engagement agreement signed with each client before work begins. This Terms document does not set fee amounts.
SMS messaging consent
By providing your phone number and submitting a form on this site, you agree to receive informational and appointment-related text messages (SMS) from Prime Immigration Office at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile information and opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes — see our Privacy Policy for details.
Limitation of liability and indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Immigration Office LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or the document-preparation services, including — without limitation — delays, denials, or adverse outcomes in immigration proceedings that depend on the decision of a third party (USCIS, consulates, courts). The client agrees to indemnify Prime Immigration Office LLC for claims arising from false or incomplete information provided by the client.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute related to these Terms or the services will be brought in the competent courts of Collin County, Texas (McKinney, TX).
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
