Prime Immigration Office LLC ("Prime", "we", "our") is the entity responsible for collecting, processing, and protecting your personal data.
What data we collect
We collect only the data needed to prepare your documents and respond to your request: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, preferred language, and the immigration information and documents you voluntarily provide (e.g., USCIS form data, certificates, passport). We do not sell your data and do not collect more than is necessary for the requested service.

SMS, phone calls, and Twilio provider — TCPA
SMS/Text messaging. Mobile information and opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We use your number only to respond to your request and to send the informational and appointment messages you authorized. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP; for help, reply HELP. Email communication and CAN-SPAM
When you provide your email, Prime may send:
All marketing emails include an 'Unsubscribe' link in the footer. Clicking it removes you from the list within 10 business days (CAN-SPAM Act §316.5).

Artificial Intelligence and automated processing
Prime operates with AI infrastructure integrated with the human team. AI does NOT make final decisions on your immigration case — every strategic and final decision goes through a qualified human.
Third-party sharing
We never sell your data. We share data only in the following cases:
Data security and retention period
We keep your data for the duration of the service and for up to 7 years after completion, for recordkeeping and to meet legal and tax obligations. After that period, data is securely deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.
Children — Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
Prime Immigration Office does NOT offer services directly to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
When a child under 13 is the beneficiary of an immigration process (e.g., SIJS, family cases), data is provided by the parents or legal guardians — only they have access and capacity to exercise rights over that data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in practice, technology, or legal requirements. When we update:
- The "Last Updated" field at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
- Material changes will be notified by email to active clients with 30 days' notice
- Non-material changes (typo fixes, clarifications) may be published without prior notice
